What kind of paint do you use on ceramic pots?

How do you cover ceramic pots?
Sphagnum sheet moss from a craft store hides flaws such as crazing on the pot’s glaze as well. A moderate layer of craft adhesive around the entire perimeter of the pot holds the moss in place; hot glue is an alternate option. Smooth the sheets or bits of moss around the pot, tearing or cutting away excess moss.
